KALAHARI MONATE LODGE UPINGTON

We arrive at 22:00 but the friendly staff at Monate lodge was ready to welome us and to direct us to our self-catering unit, The unite was clean ans the thatched roof give a very pleasant look and feel. The unit was well equiped with a large fridge, small stove ans all cutlery for three people. The braai on the pation is clearly the place where most people will prepare their meals.

It was worldcup rugby time and I missed the TV. Unfortunatly. The beautiful surroundings make up for it. Huge herds of Sprinboks were grazing around our chalets witin no Wales in side. Lets hope the same would be true in Wellington where the Springboks plays agains Wales later today in their first |match in World Cup 2011. Andries Erwee 11/9/2011
